The Role – Regional Service Manager, Medical Diagnostic Analysers

This market leader is seeking to recruit a commercially astute Regional Service Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

1. Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
2. Building and nurturing relationships with key customers
3. Attending meetings and providing excellent customer care
4. Ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilization, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
5. Managing financial performance within set budgets
