A leading organization is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee employability services in Central London. The role entails managing a team and ensuring service quality, while driving performance towards employment targets. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Service Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of employability services in Central London.
As a Regional Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our employability services across your region, ensuring high standards of service. You will work closely with local teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive performance, support employment targets, and deliver excellent outcomes for clients.
You will manage and develop a team of advisors, providing tools, training, and support. Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, partners, and stakeholders to create pathways to employment are also key responsibilities.
We seek someone passionate about empowering people, with proven experience in managing employability services, understanding Supported Employment Opportunities (IPS/SEQF), and delivering services to contractual and quality standards.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £43,200 to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits including:
