Role: Regional Service Manager

Location: Bexley, DA1 5QJ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across admin, workshop, and field service teams
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
  • Drive service growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Confident managing budgets, performance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
