Role: Regional Service Manager

Location: Bexley, DA1 5QJ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across admin, workshop, and field service teams
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
Drive service growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Confident managing budgets, performance, and compliance
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Willing to travel extensively across the UK
