Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Senior Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic care across a 20-mile radius. You will monitor care delivery during shifts, contribute to person-centred plans for each resident, and record observations such as temperature and blood pressure.

The role includes providing companionship and ensuring residents enjoy meaningful one-to-one time with carers every shift.

Qualifications

• Background in care and understanding of elderly care.
• Essential Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care with view to completing NVQ 3.
• GCSE English and Maths at level C or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the delivery of care when on duty.
• Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident.
• Record observations such as temperature and blood pressure.
• Provide support and companionship as a carer.
• Ensure residents have meaningful one-to-one time on every shift.
