Job summary

The Dare2Dream Foundation is seeking an experienced Regional SEND Coordinator to lead the Post 16 Outreach Service across Oxfordshire. This operational leadership role oversees learner placements, staff management, referrals, and safeguarding to deliver high-quality provision for learners with complex needs.

You will work with families, commissioners and partner agencies to support progression toward independence and positive destinations, ensuring robust service standards and ongoing

Qualifications

Experience in SEND, SEMH, outreach education or similar environment.
Experience leading or managing staff.
Strong safeguarding and risk management understanding.
Experience coordinating complex caseloads or service delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day delivery of Post 16 Outreach and Education Hub provision.
Coordinate staffing, timetables and caseload allocation.
Monitor service capacity and manage operational challenges.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all placements.
Line manage regional delivery staff and conduct supervision.
