Job summary

The Dare2Dream Foundation is seeking an experienced Regional SEND Coordinator to lead the Post 16 Outreach Service across Oxfordshire. You will oversee learner placements, manage staff, coordinate referrals and uphold high quality standards to support young people with complex needs.

Collaborating with families, commissioners and partner agencies, you will ensure safe, effective delivery and progress towards independence and positive destinations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional SEND Coordinator to lead our Post 16 Outreach Service across Oxfordshire.

This is a key operational leadership role responsible for overseeing learner placements, managing staff, coordinating referrals, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of provision for young people with complex needs.

You will work closely with families, commissioners and partner agencies to ensure learners receive high-quality support and opportunities to progress towards greater independence and positive destinations.

Experience working within SEND, SEMH, alternative provision, outreach education or a similar environment.
