Job summary

The Dare2Dream Foundation in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Regional SEND Coordinator to lead our Post 16 Outreach Service across Oxfordshire. The role oversees learner placements, staff, referrals, quality standards and safeguarding to support young people with complex needs.

You will collaborate with families, Local Authorities and partner agencies to ensure high-quality support and progression to independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEND, SEMH, alternative provision or outreach education.
• Experience leading or managing staff.
• Strong safeguarding and risk management understanding.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of Post 16 Outreach and Education Hub provision.
• Coordinate staffing, timetables and caseload allocation.
• Monitor service capacity and manage operational challenges.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all placements.
• Line manage regional delivery staff and conduct supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
• Ensure safeguarding, attendance, reporting and organisational compliance.
• Act as first escalation point for safeguarding and welfare concerns.
• Review referrals, coordinate onboarding and placement arrangements.
• Represent the organisation at meetings and multi-agency discussions.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and learner outcomes.
