Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Security Contract Manager to oversee multiple sites in South & West Yorkshire. The role involves leading Site Managers and frontline teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations while maintaining compliance and excellent customer relations.

You will travel regularly to customer sites with a full UK driving licence, and report to the Regional Operations Manager. Competitive salary plus car allowance and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large multi-site security contracts.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of SIA regulations and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of customer sites including Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Barnsley and Doncaster.
• Manage and support Site Managers, Security Supervisors and officers across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assurance visits.
• Lead KPI review meetings and provide detailed management information and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with SIA requirements, GDPR and Health & Safety legislation.
• Monitor budgets and labour costs to ensure viable service delivery.
