Responsibilities

• Assist the ROM in overseeing dispersed catering teams and mobile units.
• Manage service provision in school kitchens during staff shortages and banking.
• Support recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards and HACCP-like guidelines.
