CR Smith, Scotland's leading home improvement specialist, is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for North East Scotland. You will drive sales in a high-demand market, manage pre-qualified appointments, and close new business while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Training, incentives and a clear career path are provided. This role offers a base with an OTE potential up to 70,000+ and a company car, with flexible hours and ongoing mentoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a proven track record in sales
• Ambitious candidates who want to be rewarded for hitting targets
• Experience in B2B/B2C/Retail sales encouraged
• Full UK Driving Licence with at least 1 year driving experience

Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales within North East Scotland and surrounding areas
• Close new business and generate self-led opportunities
• Utilise sales aids and marketing materials to win customers
• Attend daily sales meetings and maintain customer relationships
