Job summary

Seequent is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across Geotechnical training programs and Salesforce CRM. You will streamline administration, learner management, invoicing, and reporting while supporting regional and global programs.

You will work with Global Sales Operations, Seequent Information Services, and Commercial teams to improve processes, govern CRM data, and help the sales teams close deals efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sales operations/support, admin or finance.
• Proven experience with sales/CRM, Excel and Power BI.
• Must follow due processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational processes supporting training programs across Geotechnical portfolio.
• Provide operational support for training services including registration, logistics, communications, and reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of Open Enrolment training, including invoicing coordination.
• Own CRM data integrity in Salesforce and support pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Operations and Commercial teams to improve workflows.
