Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in geoscience or equivalent.
• Five+ years of geotechnical engineering/mining or related field.
• Experience with geotechnical data lifecycle and management systems.
• Experience configuring and supporting complex data management solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and webinars matching customer needs.
• Guide product evaluations and trials for prospective customers.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching for adoption.
• Provide expert technical support and issue resolution.
• Build trusted relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on improvements and go‑to‑market initiatives.
