Working with a leading provider of Temporary Works Solutions for above & below ground construction. Responsible for leading two busy operational depots in the North West & Yorkshire, as well as collaborating with the Commercial Teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead two operational & sales depots in the North West & Yorkshire.
• Work alongside the Commercial Teams to grow existing businesses and develop new opportunities.
• Manage multiple teams across two depots, with travel twice weekly to ensure key activities are executed effectively.
• Report to the Commercial Director and work autonomously to meet business expectations.
• Performance manage operational and sales teams, focusing on individual development and succession planning.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in business management within the Construction or Construction Hire Services sectors.
• Manage depot operations and logistics personnel.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage effectively at all levels within the business and the wider construction industry.
