Ideal candidates have a proven track record selling technical/engineering warehouse solutions, with experience in warehouse automation, racking, WMS, or materials handling. The role offers a base salary with attractive OTE and company car.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in warehousing industry with consultative selling of technical/engineering solutions.
• Experience selling into major warehousing operations (logistics, manufacturing, storage, industrial, import/export, supply chain).
• Consultative sales approach, not price-based.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Sales Manager to run a lucrative patch in the West Midlands.
• Manage key accounts and seek out new business in the area.
• Take long-term ownership of new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor warehouse automation solutions.
