Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager based at the Oxford Hire Centre to cover the Swindon region. You will drive sales, win orders and build long-term partnerships while targeting commercial growth. A permanent role with an excellent commission structure and company car is available.

The role involves ongoing business development, strong customer engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in B2B sales with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong business development calls and campaign calling experience.
• Knowledge of sales systems, e.g. SAP and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales opportunities by applying knowledge of Portakabin products, pricing and processes.
• Coordinate with colleagues to plan and prioritise work to maximise order winning potential.
• Collaborate with teams to consistently meet or exceed commercial targets for the area.
• Deliver excellent customer service from order win through to project delivery.
• Maintain strong internal relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
