We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for one of our clients, working remotely from the United Kingdom.

In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives to achieve new customer acquisition targets. Your responsibilities include guiding and mentoring your team to meet and exceed sales goals, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. The focus is on driving growth through team leadership, performance monitoring, and setting clear objectives. Candidates should have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship building both internally and externally.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment, objective-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales executives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand the customer base and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the tech industry, especially in EOR, payroll, or HR, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other sales tools is advantageous.
