Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to promote and sell the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform called OneWelcome. The RSM will be responsible for positioning and selling Thales’ CIAM portfolio within Enterprise accounts, partners, and GSI’s.

This role requires a dynamic, consultative sales professional with a proven track record in solution selling and enterprise sales, capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Sales: Achieve sales quotas, identify new opportunities, conduct customer presentations, manage the sales process to close deals, and forecast revenue in Salesforce.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our platform as the solution of choice.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and partners to develop strategies and campaigns, and participate in industry events.
  • Market Development: Expand brand recognition and market awareness for CIAM solutions.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Intrapreneurial Spirit: Innovate in sales approaches, taking calculated risks and acting entrepreneurially within the company.
