Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands to drive field sales of hot water cylinders to national and independent plumbers merchants.

You will stimulate demand with installers, housebuilders and contractors, and work with the wider regional sales team to develop national relationships. A strong track record in plumbing & heating markets is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within plumbing & heating market.
• Experience selling to plumbers merchants.
• Ability to manage a territory effectively.
• Proficient IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell a range of hot water cylinders to plumbers merchants.
• Develop national relationships with the merchant channel.
• Hit budget targets and coordinate with regional teams.
• Promote products to installers, housebuilders and developers.

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Hot Water Cylinders will involve:

• Field sale position selling a range of industry leading manufactured range of hot water cylinders
• All of your time will be spent selling to national & independent plumbers merchants
• Stimulating demand with installers, housebuilders, developers and contractors (all back sold through the merchant channel)
• Working in conjunction with the wider regional sales team and sales management team to develop national relationships
• Well established area being the only one to hit budget last year

The ideal applicant will be Regional Sales Manager - Hot Water Cylinders with:

• Must have field sales experience in the plumbing & heating market sector
• Must have sold to plumber merchants
• Must be able to manage a territory effectively
