Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Sales Manager for the South Midlands region, covering Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. You will lead site-based sales teams, ensure effective sales policy implementation, and drive targets across multiple sites in the region.

Working closely with the Regional Office and site staff, you will communicate sales decisions, support marketing initiatives, and help ensure Miller Homes continues to deliver high-quality homes and great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales professional with experience managing multi-site sales activities and teams.
• Experience motivating and developing site sales teams within housebuilding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• High integrity, presence, drive, determination and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-based regional Development Sales Managers including recruitment, training, performance management, development and coaching.
• Monitor site sales setup to ensure website, signage and layout meet company standards.
• Handle marketing duties including marketing plans, website content, brochures, market research, and liaising with media.
• Support Sales Directors with Land Appraisal bids.
