Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead a new team of Territory Development Executives calling on independent retailers, convenience stores and foodservice customers across your region.

You'll drive the Lucozade Ribena Suntory portfolio, set vision and strategy, manage budgets and targets, and mentor up to 12 executives to deliver outstanding sales results. A £45k base salary with up to 10% bonus, company car, tablet and mobile phone are included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in multichannel FMCG is essential.
• Strong understanding of retail/FMCG landscape is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
