Job summary

CPM is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead a new team of Territory Development Executives representing Lucozade Ribena Suntory in a multi-channel environment. You will drive regional sales, mentor up to 12 executives, and own budgets and performance in your area from Preston and across surrounding territories.

You will set vision, train and motivate the team, ensuring targets are met while delivering insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing a sales team, ideally at area level.
• Understanding of retail / FMCG is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to drive a manual vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Territory Development Executives.
• Inspire, train and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Manage regional recruitment with in-house team.
• Deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide senior management support to National Sales Manager.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities and trends.
