Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to grow Suntory's distribution across London and surrounding areas, building new points of sale and strengthening relationships with retailers, foodservice and on-trade venues.

You will drive a high-volume calling routine, aim to convert opportunities into sales, and collaborate with the CPM team to maximise brand presence using POS, digital assets and effective customer engagement. A full UK driving license is essential.

• At least 8 calls per day with a focus on white space.
• Full UK manual driving license is required.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships and convert prospects into sales.
• Driven, commercial mindset with resilience and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and distribution points for Suntory's products across assigned territory.
• Develop partnerships with convenience retailers, food service, leisure and on-trade venues.
• Collaborate with CPM team to drive city centre growth using POS, tools and digital assets.
• Identify opportunities, create a robust sales pipeline and chase new business.
• Maintain proactive outreach to maximize opportunities and achieve targets.

Job description

As our new Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales and distribution points for Suntory's range of products including Lucozade, Ribena, -196 and Celsius. You will proactively seek out opportunities with new and existing convenience retail, food service, leisure and on trade venues to introduce and expand Suntory's product offerings through your drive and determination to succeed. You will be a tenacious and resilient individual never resting on your laurels always looking for the next opportunity. You are a natural people person with the ability to form positive relationships quickly and will be proud to be seen as the expert in your field building long lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. What else will you be doing?

• At least 8 calls per day with a particular focus on white space.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships across your territory converting them into sales/distribution points for the Suntory portfolio of brands.
• Partner with the wider CPM team across your territory to deliver city centre growth leveraging POS and standard sales tools as well as digital assets to help key customers drive their social presence.
• Identifying wider business development opportunities and creating a pipeline for future growth.
  We encourage applications from individuals with experience in customer-facing roles, retail, sales, FMCG, and recent graduates. However, these backgrounds are not essential-your drive, ambition, and determination to succeed are what truly set you apart in this role!
• A full UK manual driving license
