Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

• Location: Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wales
• Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Commission: £82,500+ (uncapped and realistic)

Role Responsibilities

• Selling ultrasound Point of Care capital equipment primarily to NHS and private hospitals.
• Engaging with surgeons, consultants, and procurement teams through demonstrations and presentations.
• Preparing customer presentations, tenders, and proposals.
• Focusing mainly on secondary care environments.
• Managing a mix of new and existing business across Wales, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bristol, Telford, Walsall, Stoke, and Derby.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in medical capital equipment sales, especially high-value sales.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, focused, resilient, and performance-driven.
• Customer-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• Effective communicator with consultative selling and closing expertise.
• Experience selling to procurement levels, NHS trusts, and dealing with contracts and terms.
• Proactive hunter mentality, living on the patch, with proven performance and ideally capital sales experience.
• Desire to exceed OTE, with familiarity using Salesforce.com preferred.
