We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our phone-based new business team. The role involves coaching, process improvement, and ensuring the team meets monthly sales targets, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, setting expectations, and development planning.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and achieving sales targets.
  • Optimize the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure lead quality and strategic alignment.
  • Forecast accurately on sales volume and value.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Field Sales for seamless client handovers.
  • Handle client escalations related to new business queries.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing phone-based sales teams, with strong leadership, process redesign skills, and a data-driven approach to performance management.
