Portfolio has an exciting opportunity with an industry-leading, award-winning employer seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated Regional/Field Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving sales performance and will join an already successful national team. The package includes a basic salary of up to 60k, a 5k car allowance or company car, quarterly and annual bonuses based on regional BDM performance, with an OTE of 85k-100k plus other group benefits.
The business has experienced substantial growth over the past 5 years, with an annual turnover exceeding 40 million and a unique client base of over 15,000. They are looking to bring in an exceptional individual to help manage the expansion of their successful business model.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Director and manage a team of field-based BDMs in your assigned region, focusing on developing business with SME/Medium-sized employers by providing solution-based business services.
You will also collaborate with the Head of Telesales and the Telesales management team to ensure the quality and quantity of appointments remain high.
