Sykes Holiday Cottages is excited to be looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Property Recruitment team.

Position Details
  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 9am-5.30pm
  • Days of Work: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Regional based with 2-3 days per week on the road & 1 day per month from our Chester Head Office
  • Team: Head Office and Regional
  • Reporting to: National Sales Manager

About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and support the Property Onboarding sales function across your region. You will coach and develop a team of 20-28 Property Consultants, maximize conversion rates, and ensure leads are fully optimized. You will work closely with our Chester-based Marketing and Product teams to drive lead quality and volume, and support the office-based Sales team for alignment and collaboration.

Location

This role covers the North and East of England, including The Lakes, Suffolk, and up to Scotland. Expect to be on the road 2-3 days a week and visit Chester Head Office once a month. We welcome candidates from further afield or nationwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver performance targets for V-C% and SOV/V%
  • Support contract, go-live, and Property Value targets
  • Recruit, support, coach, and develop Property Consultants
  • Manage performance of or exit underperforming Property Consultants
  • Ensure appropriate PC coverage in the field
  • Support and coach office-based sales staff
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues on performance issues
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams
  • Develop initiatives to improve sales performance
