LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales strategy and execution across the designated region. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience through collaboration, integrity and teamwork, aligning sales and operations to fulfil the customer promise.

You will lead the sales team, coach managers, and work with cross-functional teams to identify growth and ensure targets are met. Weekend events may be required in some regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a successful sales team.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas.
• Experience actively managing a customer pipeline/customer growth.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cohesive and consistent execution of sales standards, KPIs and performance management to meet business objectives.
• Take full accountability for the area's sales and margin performance against targets.
• Collaborate with branch, sales and Regional Management to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage payroll, headcount and distribution aligned with sales targets.
• Drive optimal performance via Contact Management system to deliver customer experience.
• Oversee development of customer journey plans across touchpoints.
• Lead and coach Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers with performance reviews and development.
• Foster collaboration across operations, retail and sales to boost productivity and experience.
• Organise regional and national customer events; some weekends.
