Responsibilities

• Ensure cohesive execution of sales standards, KPIs and performance management to meet business strategy.
• Take accountability for area sales and margin performance against targets.
• Coordinate with branch, sales and regional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage payroll, headcount and distribution in line with sales contribution targets.
• Utilise the Contact Management system to deliver sales strategy and resource planning.
• Lead development and execution of comprehensive customer journey plans across touchpoints.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers; conduct reviews and training.
• Foster collaboration across operations, retail and sales to optimise productivity.
• Organise regional and national customer events; some may occur on weekends.
