LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales strategies across the designated region and to deliver a superior customer experience through collaboration with sales and operations.

You will lead a team of Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers, align activities with KPIs, and ensure seamless interaction across branches and other functions to meet business goals. Flexible working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cohesive execution of sales standards, KPIs and performance management to meet business strategy.
• Take accountability for area sales and margin performance against targets.
• Collaborate with branch, sales and regional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee payroll, headcount and distribution aligned to sales targets.
• Utilise the Contact Management system to deliver the sales strategy and plan resource allocation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer journey plans across touchpoints.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Drive collaboration across operations, retail and sales to optimise productivity.
• Organise regional/national customer events; some may occur on weekends.
• Promote an inclusive environment and uphold LKQ values.
