Job summary

ARDEX Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Yorkshire and North West. You will drive sales of Building Adhesives and ARDEX products by supporting distributors, merchant stockists, contractors and end users across your region.

You will develop relationships, provide local technical sales support, identify opportunities and ensure products are stocked and promoted. You will meet targets, communicate with customers, and participate in events to grow our channel in construction and tiling

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, ideally within merchant, construction or building products sector.
Good general education or equivalent.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual area sales targets in line with the business plan.
Deliver area goals and objectives.
Complete monthly customer reviews with your manager.
Identify and develop new customers, contractors and stockists.
Develop contractor relationships through specialist distribution and provide product training.
Share market intelligence and feedback from your area.
Maintain distributor networks to ensure products are stocked and promoted.
Support customers with technical sales information and site support.
