Job summary

Sysco GB is launching a Sales Graduate Programme based in the South East with regional travel to Bicester, Reading, Hemel, Aylesford and Ashford. You’ll rotate through three placements across local field sales, account management and strategic teams, building core skills and early responsibility.

From day one you’ll gain hands-on exposure, supported by mentors and experienced professionals, with performance-based earning through a generous bonus scheme and clear opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 or above Bachelor's degree
• UK driving licence
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Genuine passion for food
• Willingness to travel within the South East and UK

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across the sales operation.
• Interact with customers of all sizes and build long-term relationships.
• Complete three placements across different sales teams.
• Develop core sales skills including account management and negotiations.
• Specialise in a sales area aligned with strengths and career goals.
• Use data and insight to tailor conversations and drive growth.
