Sysco GB's HR Graduate Programme in Kent offers a hands-on entry to HR. You will rotate through HR Operations, Resourcing, Employee Relations, HR Partnering, Talent & Development and Diversity & Inclusion, gaining practical experience from day one.

You’ll be supported to complete your CIPD qualification, with clear progression to an HR partner or specialist role. The programme runs between Aylesford and Ashford, with occasional UK travel, on a fully onsite and hybrid basis, 39 hours weekly,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Driving licence and access to transport.
