CR Smith in Central Scotland is recruiting a driven sales professional to join our highly successful team. We are Scotland’s leading home improvement supplier with a strong Trustpilot presence and a history of growth.

You will handle customer inquiries, generate your own leads, and maximize earnings through a strong OTE. A company car, private healthcare, and regular incentives are provided to reward high performers.

• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience.

We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our highly successful team at CR Smith.

What we offer

• Salary - Basic £26,400 with OTE £60,000 - £80,000
• Customer enquiries are provided to you daily. You will have the opportunity to generate your own sales leads prospects for significant additional bonuses. Bonuses range between £700 - £1300 per month. (Over and above commissions)

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customers needs– We will consider any B2B/B2C/Retail/Customer service background
• Ambitious candidates who want to be rewarded significantly for achieving targets
• Someone who thrives working in a fast-paced, customer focussed environment
• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive with an entrepreneurial flair
• Full UK Drivers Licence with a minimum of 1 years driving experience
