Job summary

CR Smith is Scotland’s leading window and door supplier with a 50-year history. We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our successful team in Central Scotland, offering an opportunity to earn substantial OTE via a structured pay plan and generous incentives.

You will receive four weeks training, a company car, private healthcare, and ongoing coaching as you build a high-performing sales pipeline across B2B and retail channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customers needs

We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our highly successful team at CR Smith.

What we offer

• Salary - Basic £26,400 with OTE £60,000 - £80,000
• Customer enquiries are provided to you daily. You will have the opportunity to generate your own sales leads prospects for significant additional bonuses. Bonuses range between £700 - £1300 per month. (Over and above commissions)
