• Experience in B2B account management or internal sales within electrical wholesale, industrial distribution, or a technical engineering sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to review and respond to quotations, manage pricing, and support order processing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software to track opportunities and deliver service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Proactively identify white space opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business through consultative outreach.
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on the company range of industrial electrical products.
• Commercial Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and manage pricing to achieve margin targets.
• Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, forecast sales, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborative Sales: Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and after-sales support.
