Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Clinical Specialty and Supply in the EMEA region. You will lead a team of 6 Account Managers/Directors to drive revenue, quotes and funnel goals while developing talent.

Responsibilities include defining sales strategy for the CSS Segment, negotiating contracts, and building senior-level relationships with customers to expand opportunities. Travel up to 50% is expected, with English fluency required and German/French a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of B2B sales or sales management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Catalent’s Clinical Supply Services product lines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.
• Fluent in English; German or French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote the technology within the territory and support relevant Global Account Director/Global Account Leader accounts.
• Manage and enable contract negotiations in a timely, effective manner.
• Lead Account Managers/Directors to achieve revenue, sales, quote & funnel goals and individual growth & development goals.
• Achieve individual technology quote, sales, revenue & funnel goals, and individual growth goals.
• Define the sales strategy/product priorities for the CSS Segment.
• Engage with senior customer management to provide sales leverage, Catalent perspective and a channel for major opportunities and issues on behalf of direct reports.
• Establish and develop long-term company-to-company relationships with customer’s decision-makers.
• Ensure customer is up to date with any new products within the technology.
• Collaborate with Account Directors/ Account Leaders in the construction and execution of their strategic account plan(s).
• Other duties as assigned.
