OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Risk & Compliance Manager to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance team, leading second-line monitoring and independent assurance across the business. You will act as the UK Data Protection Officer (DPO), provide guidance on UK GDPR and data protection, and report on compliance risks to senior leaders and boards.

The role is hybrid, based in the Midlands with coordination across the UK.

Competenze

• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• Experience undertaking audits, compliance reviews or assurance activities.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Recognised data protection qualification or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Lead compliance monitoring and assurance activities across the organisation.
• Conduct independent second-line audits, reviews and compliance assessments.
• Provide assurance on the effectiveness of controls, policies and governance arrangements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and horizon scanning.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the compliance management framework.
• Identify, assess and report on compliance risks, trends and emerging issues.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leaders, committees and boards.
• Act as the UK Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
• Provide practical compliance advice and guidance to campuses and support functions.
• Track and monitor actions arising from audits, reviews and regulatory findings.
