OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Risk & Compliance Manager to lead second-line monitoring, assurance activities, and regulatory oversight across the regional footprint. You will assess control effectiveness, conduct audits and report findings to senior stakeholders, strengthening our compliance framework.

In addition, you will act as the UK Data Protection Officer (DPO), advising on UK GDPR and data protection while embedding a culture of accountability.

Competenze

• Experience in regulated environments and compliance teams.
• Experience conducting audits and assurance activities.
• Experience reporting to senior leaders, committees or boards.
• Knowledge of governance and risk management principles.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR/data protection requirements.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead compliance monitoring and second-line assurance across the organisation.
• Conduct independent audits, reviews and compliance assessments.
• Provide assurance on the effectiveness of controls and governance arrangements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and horizon scan for risks.

• Identify, assess and report on compliance risks and trends.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leaders and boards.
