Gravity Recruit Limited is recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee a number of large footprint retail stores in the Warwickshire area. You will drive commercial performance, ensure service excellence and lead multi-site teams to deliver strong results.

The role requires extensive retail multi-site experience, hands-on leadership and accountability for P&L, with a focus on developing talent and robust business plans. Competitive package with car allowance and OTE offered.

• Extensive retail multi-site experience in a large footprint environment.
• Proven P&L accountability and ability to review and develop business plans.
• Strong leadership to upskill and build an effective talent pool for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operational performance of large footprint stores in Warwickshire and South Midlands.
• Ensure service, standards and KPIs are met and exceed budgets.
• Be hands-on in stores to develop teams and ensure high operational compliance.
• Lead and develop store teams to support expansion and growth.
