Ambu is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Respiratory covering North England, North Wales, Scotland and Ireland. The role aims to deliver sales growth and profit targets within the Respiratory business, reporting to the Sales Director UK&I.

The position is field-based, leading and developing Territory Managers and Clinical Educators. You will travel extensively (3–4 days weekly) and implement sales strategies aligned with NHS procurement processes, requiring a proven medical sales leadership

Formación

• 3+ years in medical sales with targets exceeded
• Respiratory/Pulmonology experience is advantageous
• Understanding NHS procurement is fundamental
• Leadership or management qualifications desirable
• Full driving licence and valid passport essential

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales growth and profit targets for Respiratory in the defined region
• Lead, develop and coach Territory Managers and Clinical Educators
• Collaborate with Sales Director UK&I Respiratory & GI to execute strategic plans
• Travel extensively to customer sites and deliver face-to-face coaching (3–4 days a week)
