Job Description

• Maintain a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times.
• Carry out patrols/hazard reporting as requested.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
• Complete all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
• Control access / egress.
• Monitor alarms & CCTV systems.
• Handle key holding responsibilities.
• Control and monitor access to the car parks.
• Adhere to policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage refuse and ensure overall tidiness on site.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Maintain a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills

• Valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
• Patrolling in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable wearing PPE (Hard hats, Boots, Gloves, Ear Protection).
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
