Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to cover Lincolnshire/North Lincolnshire region. You will support publicans across multiple pubs, delivering a robust regional strategy to drive whole pub profit and maintain high standards.

The role requires travel, overnight stays, and a proven track record in multi-unit leadership, data-driven decisions, and strong negotiation skills. You will mentor publicans, review performance, and partner with Pub Support Centre to achieve

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust regional strategic plan to increase whole pub profit.
• Recruit and develop capable publicans while maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs.
• Provide business advice, facilitating regular reviews and producing clear minutes.
• Collaborate with Pub Support Centre functions and key suppliers to achieve procurement and operational goals.
