Job summary

Stonegate Group in Lincolnshire region is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L&T Division. The role focuses on creating and delivering a robust strategic plan to increase whole pub profit across the region.

You will recruit and develop capable, well-funded publicans while maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and stay overnight as needed.
• Experienced Multi-Unit Leader with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality regional strategic plan to increase whole pub profit.
• Recruit and develop capable publicans while maintaining high property standards.
• Provide business advice, regular reviews, and skills development for pub partners.
• Collaborate with Pub Support Centre and suppliers to meet procurement and operational goals.
• Ensure meeting minutes and alignment with the Pubs Code.
