Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to cover Lincolnshire. You will lead a multi-pub portfolio, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier guest experiences across leased and tenanted sites.

The role focuses on strategic planning, developing capable publicans, maintaining standards, and enforcing Pubs Code compliance. Successful candidates will lead with strong negotiation and leadership skills, drive performance using data, and navigate changes while supporting the business

• Proven ability to drive performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust regional strategic plan for the Lincolnshire region.
• Support and develop a network of publicans to improve profitability and standards.
• Recruit, train and develop capable publicans and manage performance.
• Ensure high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs.
• Provide business advice, conduct regular reviews and drive skill development.
• Maintain compliance with the Pubs Code and collaboration with support functions.
