The Ministry of Justice is seeking an Area Property Operations Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services across a regional portfolio in the East of England. You will work directly with clients and suppliers, conduct regular site visits, and drive contract performance, safety and compliance for a large government estate.

You will lead on service delivery, manage multiple sites, and coordinate with RPOMs to ensure timely delivery of works and adherence to security and statutory requirements

Responsabilidades

• Understand assets and deliver operational strategies, policies and processes to manage service delivery, payments and audit regimes.
• Manage day-to-day contracts across sites within a region using MI data and site inspections to ensure quality, compliance and adherence to security strategies.
• Liaise with the supply chain and MoJ Property teams to understand issues and drive improvements.
• Understand stakeholders' priorities and align them with plans and activities.
• Monitor Early Warning Notices and compensation events, advising RPOM and maintaining mitigation plans and risk registers.
• Manage issues (including requests for additional spend, elective new works and changes to scope) to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow the schedule of visits for each asset to discuss performance, issues and update on work orders.
• Engage with the PS supply chain and other MoJ Property teams to ensure legislative and statutory compliance for health and safety, business resilience and fit-for-purpose accommodation.
