Ministry of Justice in the UK seeks an experienced Area Property Operational Manager (APOM) to oversee hard and soft FM services across the portfolio. You will lead contract management, site visits and client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance and value for money.

Hybrid working is available with travel to probation sites as required. The role demands strong leadership, resilience and stakeholder management to deliver services at pace within a complex government estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and FM with regulatory compliance.
• Strong commercial, financial and contract management skills.
• Proven people management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance or capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts across multiple sites ensuring quality, compliance and value for money.
• Liaise with the supply chain and MoJ Property teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Attend site visits and report MI data on contract performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and statutory requirements are met.
• Oversee delivery of works projects and procurement processes.
