You will manage hard and soft FM services, oversee contracts and development projects, and visit sites regularly to ensure high standards of service.

The role is based in the South West with Exeter as a base, requiring travel to assigned sites four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard and soft FM services for the portfolio.
• Define and deliver contract management and works projects.
• Conduct regular site visits with clients and suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate with RPOMs and POMs for regional delivery.
