DPD is recruiting a Regional Property Manager to oversee depots across the region, including Middleton, with travel as a requirement. You will maintain properties, manage refurbishments, and ensure legal compliance and lease adherence.

You will liaise with Contractors, Landlords, Surveyors and internal teams, coordinating projects from inception to completion while balancing cost, quality and timelines. A strong Building Surveying background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property construction and managing projects end-to-end.
• Experience from client side or consultancy background.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Manage properties across the region, covering multiple depots including Middleton.
• Liaise with Contractors, Landlords, Surveyors and Senior Internal Managers.
• Plan, cost and implement new sites, refurbishments and fit-outs.
• Ensure compliance with landlord conditions and statutory requirements.
• Audit depots to ensure excellent condition and proper reporting.
• Travel to various depots is a mandatory part of the role.
