DPDgroup is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee depots across the North region, including Middleton, with travel to multiple locations required. You will maintain properties, manage refurbishment and new site projects, and ensure legal compliance and lease obligations are met.

The role involves liaising with contractors, landlords, surveyors and internal teams to deliver quality depot environments. A UK driving licence is essential and flexibility for travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in client-side or consultancy backgrounds.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with Contractors, Landlords, Surveyors and internal stakeholders on property and depot issues.
• Manage projects around depot refurbishments and new site developments.
• Audit depots to ensure compliance with company procedures and lease terms.
• Plan, cost and implement new sites and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure facilities knowledge and regulatory compliance.
