Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our Depot management team. You will oversee the smooth running of the operation, driving service excellence while managing costs, safety, security and productivity.

You will recruit, develop and retain staff, control P&L through planning and reporting, and explore innovative ways to improve operations. A full UK driving licence is essential and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution industries.
• Ability to run a fast-paced operation with high-performing teams.
• Experience monitoring performance and analysing data to identify improvements.
• Outstanding communication skills to influence strategy.
• Willingness to cover 5 shifts including weekends; UK driving licence essential.
